Our Story

Founded in 2003, TeamSignal Security has grown from a mobile patrol-focused security business into a provider of tailored security services for commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, hospitality and institutional properties.

Our services are built around the operating conditions and identified risks of each client. Depending on the property, this may include trained security personnel, mobile patrols, alarm response, event security, asset protection and integrated security support.

TeamSignal is guided by a service-first approach built on accountability, clear communication and practical security planning. We measure our work by the consistency of the service delivered and the trust established with our clients.

TeamSignal Security previously operated within the Signal 88 network. The TeamSignal name now represents our current brand direction while continuing the experience, systems and service standards developed since 2003.

How We Work

TeamSignal Security’s service model is based on clear site instructions, responsive communication and transparent reporting. Before services begin, we work with the client to understand the property, operating hours, access procedures, known risks and expected outcomes.

Our personnel follow agreed responsibilities and escalation procedures for each site. Depending on the service arrangement, clients may also receive patrol verification, incident reports, photographs, time-stamped activity and GPS-supported records.
